updates....I sold my 12R and Im buying a Gixxer 1k in two weeks.

Anyone in the Effort PA area? Im new here (PA, used to be on SBN 6-7 years ago) and need some riding buddies....

What part of PA is Effort? I'm down in DE, but the group I ride with is located all over the eastern part of PA. Check us out at www.tristateriders.com. I'm sure some others will post up as well, just gotta find out where you are.

That was my First. I've been working on my Evo for a while and not riding, and Im currently bikeless, but thanks for the link. Can't wait! Still haven't decided between a 750 or a 1K.

BTW, I do have about 50k miles experience and have ridden a well modded 12r for most of those.


Anyways, Effort is right by Pocono Raceway, off 115 or 209, whatever way you take.

Effort, Kresgeville, Tannersville, etc. Its easy to get to, Im sure you cats ride up this way for sure.

All nice bikes, the Duc and the Aprilia are outta my price range, I dont like the Yellow on the R1 and the MV is just....the MV....falls into the same problem as the Duc and RSV.


My biggest problem is my size. Im 6'7" tall and have a problem with that...but surprisingly the gixxer and R1 feel the best. The only other consderation just to be different is the new triumph speed triple. I love, LOVE that bike but cant find a dealer anywwhere.
