I took a day off friday to work on the bike... Removed both wheels and drove 150 miles to get the old Pirelli supercorsas replaced by Bridgestones BT020 back and BT010 front. I also opened the micron slipon and replaced the fiberglass, now I got the low grunty sound back :grinbounc It sounded like a GP racer before and was driving the neighbours crazy.. The job was messy but easier than anticipated thanks to microns mainteinance-friendly can.

Going from supersticky tires to more touring-oriented ones makes me a liitle nervous because I'm not sure how much grip I've lost.. I won't dare blowing through my favourite corners like I used to, that's for sure.. Does anyone ride with either 020 or 010's? How do they behave when loosing grip?
