I sold my 03 Alstare GSXR 600 a few weeks ago and just picked up an 03 R6. So far I'm somewhat satisfied. It has 520 gearing, Harris high mount titanium exhaust, Scotts sterring damper, Woodcraft rear sets, and Bridgestone BT-003s.

Thanks, the bike looks practically brand new. After riding it a few hundred miles I'm definately liking it but with the gearing setup I just cant get used to being at 8k RPM on the highway but at least thats an easy fix

Rear tire is ok, just has a weird tread pattern and is hard to see. I just wanted another bike w/ low mileage and this was a steal so thats why I made the switch. If this was w/ the stock sprockets I think the GSXR would feel quicker but the brakes on this one seem even better than the braided set up w/ HH pads I had on the old bike, but I can't judge it too much since I haven't even taken it on a real ride yet (only 700 miles in 3 weeks)

Wish I could see the damn pic, but gotta say I love my R6, too. Wanted a good track bike and picked mine up for $3500. Moderately high miles but with all the other goodies on it, I paid less than $1500 for the actual bike. I also agree about the rear sprocket. Mine is +2 in the rear and it looks way b***** than it should.
