Hello All,

1st, I apologize for posting in two forums. I just figured I'd post again here as this IS the California forum where I figured I'd get someone who would know where to go. Anyhow, getting ready to ride at the big track at Willow Springs. Had 2 quick questions.

1.) Anyone know of a place where I could go to get help setting my sag and dampening settings. I've been riding my bike stock and never really felt a need to adjust it but from everyone I talk to, suspension makes a huge difference at the track. Somewhere in L.A. / Orange County in particular. Or if maybe someone would be kind enough to volunteer :p

2.) I'm going to be running BT10's and was wondering what is a good tire pressure for them

Thanks,

SC

Setting the bike up

What group is holding the track day? At the last one I attended at Buttonwillow with CanyonStrafers there was a suspension pro available and set my bike up for $10. It was great he wanted it hot off the track, after a few laps I went back for fine tuning. it made a difference for my day. so you might want email the Event holder and see if there is going be some one there. also go

Cool...thanks man...i'll check with them and that link. Group is SportbikeTrackTime.com. Everything I've read about them is good and I talked with the founder and he's super cool. Notice your in Santa Barbara. A couple of us are meeting up with some friends down in LA and we're gonna hit up Latigo Canyon first saturday of August. Let me know and if you are up to it, we can pick you / anyone else up on the way down.

Yeah...I hung out with them once at Starbucks. I know a couple of em. Joe, Theo, Rich, and the head dude coordinating it was Chad? I think that was his name. He rides a blue/white gixxer 750. They talked about the track a lot but at the time, i wasn't ready to commit to the track. I'll check em out Thurs. night and hit em up.

Thanks man...
