I'm ordering my new springs from racetech this week and wanted to check if there is anyone near Pottsville, PA who knows what they are doing and would like to make some cash? If not I'll probably end up having my dealer do it, but I figured I'd see if anyone on here would like to.

Also, once I get the new springs installed anyone know of a place I could go to to have the suspension "dialed in". I know absolutely nothing about rebound, compression and all that stuff. I've read a few articles, but it still doesn't make a lot of sense to me so I'd rather just have someone knowledgable set everything about where it should be.

Hmmmm

I am upgrading my FZ6 with R6 forks and I took this opportunity to change the fork oil. To properly do this, you have to remove the spring, spacer and two washers. It was pretty painless with the R6 forks, but the whole process was rather time consuming.

Basically, you remove the fork, unscrew the top, loosen a nut, remove the top adjuster, then you can pull out the spring, spacer and washers.

If the GSXR forks are similar, I doubt that it would take 3-4 hours, especially for an experienced mechanic. But, you do have to remove a bunch of stuff to take off the forks.
