i really wanna get into this but am not sure what kind of bike to purchase i have next to no exsperience. ive herd get a 250 a 500 and 600. i feel like a 250 is too small when i sat on the kawi 250. I did sit on a gsxr 600 and it felt really good though i know this is too much at wonce the size felt good. Im about 6 foot tall 195 pounds. i like the zzr 600 is that too much or no.
ill listen to whatever u guys have to say. thanx for the time hope to get some info back

Try an EX500. The ZZR is probably to much. I've got an EX500 and IT scared me at how fast it was when I got it. Of course a few thousand miles later I wish it was faster but its still plenty fast for commuting.

lucky...I'm still breaking in my 06 EX500 so I really haven't been able to get on it that much. I'm trying to take it easy until ~500 miles.
But I agree, the EX500 is a good first bike, with enough power that you wont get bored as quickly as you would on an EX250

Stickies...stickies....stickies....bro. Check out the Suzuki GS500 the next time you're at the dealer. Its a nice bike along the same lines as the Ninja 500, just sits a little taller.
