Get some spools, and a set of front and rear stands. A must for someone who does their own maintenace, like removing your rear wheel. :slaugh

These are a pretty good deal for f&r stands http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SWIN...35580QQitemZ4633937330QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

There are better ones like "Pit Bull" but they are more for one stand than both of those together. Just remember to get the spools! :D

You may need a new cotter pin also, but not necessarily.

Also not sure what tools you have, but the rear axle nut can be a biatch! :(
But it's pretty straight forward.

Hope this helps, and good luck!

Just had mine off yesterday for the back take the cotter pin out. Well u need to jack the bike up if you dont have standes take a floor jack and jack the bike up and put two jack stands under the swingarms. Remove the bolt that the cotter pin was in you will need a wrench or something to hold the other side it looks like a bolt also.when u got the bolt off have a friend or someone put there foot under the tire and lift then u pull the axle out from the left might have to move it around to get it out. Thats it hope this helps

you will need a spindle or chuck for the front axcel, they are like $12 at cyclegear or the kawi shop may have them also.

as the other guy said, must have front and rear stands.

I can swap both rims and tires and have them back on in under an hour. Its really not that bad.
