Arent the older Buell's plagued with reliability issues? Its a 2000 Buell Thunderbolt S3, supposedly top of the line, 1200cc. I think its ugly as sin. He paid $4,400. There are so many more bikes I would rather have for $4,400. I have no idea why he bought it.
