+1. My thoughts exactly.Sibling said:Not sure why riding a motorcycle and listening too music is illegal... but blasting your radio while drinking coffe and talking on the phone isn't when you are driving a cage?

I think when they wrote the laws they didn't really take into count motorcycles. MD law says you can't have earphones in while operating a motor vehicle. Unfortunately motorcycles fall in that category. But I agree I see no harm in having ear phones in as long as you can still hear whats going on around you.Sibling said:Not sure why riding a motorcycle and listening too music is illegal... but blasting your radio while drinking coffe and talking on the phone isn't when you are driving a cage?
Man, the 15 MPH over ticket would almost cost you that here.mssdrider said:my friend got pulled over for speeding on the freeway and the cop decided to be a jerk that day and ended up writing him a ticket for EVERYTHING, from his license plate bracket to his MP3 player. I don't know all the details but knew that the ticket was well over $400 (he was only going 15mph over the speed limit). Me and him still do it though so... i have yet to get pulled over for it, but I guess if they really want to they can write you up for it.
