If I was to buy a new bike today, it would be a 636 or a 675; then again I only play in the 600cc league, plus my decision would be based on a limited budget (aka no Ducs, BMW, Buell, etc) lol

If I could choose any new bike off the lot I'd want a brand new YZF600R in red with no stickers/badging other than the Yamaha logo in the small unobtrusive places it already is (above the headlight, one on each side of the tank)
It's funny, there's a pretty massive difference between what the most exciting bike in motorcycling would be, and the bike best suited for riders such as myself to extract the most excitement from without riding beyond my means and killing myself on. I'm in awe of machines like the bmws, mvs and aprilias Not mention pretty much all of the other brands, their flash ships certainly being on the very cutting edge, but would I ever utilize all that bike? Hell no. Exciting, right up until my demise.
