i took apart my stock muffler and removed some baffling, wow, what a difference, i havent really beat on my bike yet, but it cruises at 70 mph using about 3 mm of throttle...its insane, kind of loud, but probably not louder then a yoshi or somthing like it.

well, you'll need to drill the 3 rivits from the end cap, get the end cap off scrape all the epoxy/sealent that you will see when the cap is off, unbolt the whole thing from the bike, pound on the studs in which it bolts to the pipe section with, use a rubber or plastic hammer, when you have hammered the studs all the way in, or as far as they will go, put some kind of long handle on the ground and put the end of it into the front of the muffler (where the studs are) bang on it till the whole insides come out, then cut however much of the baffling out that you want, if you just want to remove all the packing? thats cool, be creative. i wish i would have taken pics...sorry guys

I've got a titanium RS-3 race Yoshi. I really dig it! It's not insane, but still loud enough to piss off the neighbors and it did make a difference with the power. The bike now pulls the front in first at around 10,000 -12,000 rpm with all 195lbs of me laying on the tank. The only thing I noticed that I don't like is that I get a little bit of a stumble between 4,000-5,000 rpm.

Check out http://www.sportrider.com/tech/146_0410_pipe_clips/index.html to hear all the different cans out there

this site would be more useful if we knew what type of bike they were on. it gives a general idea of what to expect, but the pipes would sound different on different bikes. My buddy has a trs yoshi on his gsxr and it sounds like the two bro. But it is a good find to help pick out a pipe.
