I bought a set of these about 1200 miles ago and these things ROCK!

Best set of street tires I have ever owned, sticky and wear really nice. Mine still look like new.. little scuffed but new tread wise. I am thinking of getting a second set in case they stop making them :lao

I have heard great things about these tires as well and so far have been happy with them for street use...they seem alright on the track as well. I think they have sold VERY well so I would be surprised if they stopped making them.

how do they compare to Diablo Corsas? You think those things will stay planted on a 35mph Curve at 110mph on a liter bike? Anyone ever riden both these tires? If so i'll try them right now i'm on DC's and they make you feel like porn star....or rossi whatever your preference is..... :eatpop

can I be Rossi with a porn star? Or would I need Super Corsa's for that?

I just picked up a set of Diablo's (not corsa's) for my SV, see what happens

my rear pilot powers went 9000 miles before changed, fronts from that set are still going at 11000. They take a while to break in but once they do...love 'em.

I just did two track days on them at Reno-Fernley. Way better than Stocker Dunlops. But yeah just used to first session to scrub them in and then they gripped all day.

Pilot powers are alright... nuff said. I like M1's better (yes I've used them both) I wouldn't use either for trackdays.

I liked the M1's when I had them, but I thought they wore out kinda fast. What do you think? What do you use for track days?

Yeah they don't last long thats for sure. But safety, and performance are more important than milage to me. I like Metzler rennsports for the track. However I recently got to try a pair of Pirelli Dragon Slicks and all I can say is wow... But those are far too expensive to use often.

I only know 1 person that's used them so far, and he liked them. I like the idea of dual compounds, and being able to mix & match as needed for the temperature and track.

I used to run M1 Sportecs exclusively but I switched to Pilot Powers and I think they grip better AND last longer. I have done 2 HOT trackdays on mine and they still look like new...amazing stuff. On my last trackday, there was a guy there on a 600rr running Pilot Powers and he was running pretty much the same times as the fast riders on track tires.

I have the pilot race H2's on my VFR. They are great when they are warmed up, a little sketchy when cold. They turn in quick, takes getting used to. All in all pretty good.
