I have a Marine buddy who i think hit the ultimate jackpot to me... While we were deployed he happened to find a girl online (not the best looking female either) and he talked to her a lot. He pretty much set it up so they would hook up on R&R... well when they hooked up he ended up knocking her up... After she told him that she was pregnant he was nervous but she told him not to worry because she has plenty of money to take care of the baby.. well he talks to her and sees her alot and figured that she just had a good job.. well she is some kind of scientist with a doctorates and makes a ton of dough.. (she is 33 years old BTW...) well she just sold one of her houses for 4.7 million dollars. My friend told me he had no idea she was filthy rich but he is going to marry her since she is.. She has already paid off all of his debt and is helping his family with money even and they arent even married yet. I think its awesome that he's doing it because if it was reversed, i feel the female would have no problem doing it... whatcha think?

His point is that it is morally wrong, and two wrongs don't make a right. I agree with this; marriage should be for love, not love of money.

Personally, if I were the OP and met the guy's future wife, I would be unable to look her in the eye.

So he was off the hook, which from the sounds of things, is all he cared about in regards to a child - especially since he only decided it was "the right thing to do" after he found out she was loaded.
