It's done in Kuwait, It's called sliding. They try to see who can slide the furthest. Most of them that do it are Kuwaities by birth so the government pay's them to live in Kuwait. When I say pay's them I mean PAY's them. I don't know how much a month but I know it's a shit lode. So it's not a big deal if the car get's trashed.
