We are looking for people to share the cost of attending TrackDaz on July 2. I have a truck and travel trailer that can sleep 5 comfortably, carry up to 6 motorcycles (4 in trailer/2 on truck bed), gear and riders.
The travel trailer is fully contained with 100 gals. of fresh water, 35 gals. each of toilet and waste water, 35 gals. of fuel along with a fuel station, 2 queen size beds (bunk beds), two single beds, microwave, stove, refrigerator, kitchen sink, toilet, shower, a/c, heater, etc., etc., etc... You'll have to bring your own blanket(s) and pillow(s).
We're are estimating fuel cost to be $300 (est. $3.00/gal) for round trip which includes fuel for bikes for the day and generator for trailer. Cost for food can be stuff right our of your pantry (things such as cereal, cup-o-noodles, bread, peanut butter) and some from your 'frig. (milk, jelly, sandwiche meat, etc.). :beer
There are two of us already signed up and would like to split the total cost with another 3 riders that will be attending on Sunday, July 2. The plan is to leave Saturday morning to arrive at the track by the afternoon. We'll sleep at the track and cook our food in the trailer. We can make arrangements to agree on what we want to eat and how we can spread the cost of food among us all. If we need to run any errands we can disconnect the truck from the trailer to drive into town or wherever necessary.
