What are your goals this december? What have you been lacking on that you want to improve? Tips/plans for dealing with the holidays?

For me, it is continue work on my handstands and L-sits. Still can't fully freestand, but hope to by the end of the month. L sits show me how weak my core really is, hoping to be able to hold a tucked leg sit by the end of the month for 10 seconds.

I plan to drink minimally and enjoy the holidays. My family doesn't go crazy with food, so maintaining my diet is key. The week of Christmas+Wedding I'm in will def be a deload week for me this month.

December will be an easy month where I'm getting into my gym routine so I can start my weight lifting in January. Right now I'm just doing cycling cardio and minimal jogging to take it easy on my knee, but get in enough cardio to keep off the holiday weight gain (never really been a problem anyway). In January I'm going to try the same 4-day strength training workout I did in the spring a year and a half ago.
