New condition. Only wore it a few times. Bought it for track use, but not sure if I'll ever have the time / extra money to use it to its full potential (i.e track riding). The jacket I use now has a solid back protector installed in it.
Sizing: I am about 5'9" or 5'10", thin build. The chest straps are adjustable with elastic and velcro, so it should be able to fit most chest sizes... the main concern is length.
This is the older model. The new one looks like hard plastic on the outside.
