Expressway off ramps are about as good as it gets around the northside of town. I've heard some exist in the woodlands area.

go out south and west of Alvin and start exploring the back roads, particularly towards Liverpool, Danbury and west of there.

None as curvy as up on the north side of Houston but lots of good riding anyway.

:hshot you have to come to the west part of town off hwy. 249 past tomball and do what most of us here call the forest run is really a nice road you'll be going thru west montgomery national forest. and if you don't know you way around go to www.houstonsportbike.com and look under group rides.
