1. How would park against a curb on a steep incline street?

2. How would park against a curb on a steep decline street?

I've asked few riders friends and it seems to be different. What is your method.

park the bike, where you can pull out of it.......don't make it where you have to back your bike uphill..

That's pretty much what one of my buddies said. He said if he avoid parking on a down hill slope and just look for parking elsewhere. Even if he has to walk a half a mile.

I never rode to my buddie pad, cause his street parking is all downhill and the other side (uphill side) is a no parking zone.

The other thing to watch out for is the side stand. Park so that the hill pushes the bike backward not forward. Wouldn't want the side stand to go up on its own.

On a decline *always* leave it in gear. Make sure to let the disengage the clutch after you turn the bike off and let it roll until all the slack in the drivetrain has been taken up.
