Anyone who has, or know anyone who has, a good used pickup truck let me know. Nothing over 6 cylinder, 2WD preferred. A rough looking truck is OK as long as it has been serviced properly. I will spend up to 4 G's depending on the condition of the truck. Need to get one this week.

Funny. Looking to by a truck myself this week. I'm looking at those new f150's though. They have some great rebates going on right now (8 grand).

I gotta get something that is fuel efficient, gas prices arent getting any cheaper. One of those smaller Isuzu or Nissan pickups might do the trick. Any hybrid trucks on the market yet?

Well, I've got one I would part with, but it's a V8... I'll list the specs anyway.

1994 F150 XLT Long bed, ext cab
V8 302
4spd auto trans.
2wd
a/c, p/s, tilt, p/w
cloth interior (great shape interior)
good tires
bed liner
chrome wheels (factory)
some body damage on driver side (not MAJOR), but paint is in good shape
150k miles
Runs great, doesn't smoke, interior is nearly perfect.

Recently installed 3.73 gears and limited slip (stock was 3.55 and open diff)
Flowmaster muffler (not duals tho and not very loud).

New torque converter in trans with less than 8k miles on it.
New rear fuel pump with less than 8k miles.
New front brake pads, rotors, and shocks w/ less than 3k miles.
New rear main seal w/ less than 8k miles.
Needs an oil pan gasket as it leaks a small amount (roughly 1 quart every 3k miles).

All the work has been done by myself as I am a auto mechanic (the real deal, not shade tree, backyard bullshit).

I'll take $3000 (pretty firm on the price).
