In Memoriam: Abel Rojero (1979 - 2003)
It is almost a year since Abel passed away. He was killed on 26 July 2003 @ Angeles Crest, having been hit head-on by a truck while coming around a blind corner. For those taking advantage of the Fourth of July ride, please be careful today.
There will be a memorial ride at the Crest on 26 July 2004 for Abel. Even if you never knew/met Abel, I invite you to attend. The riding community & the Air Force lost a great man and an officer.
