i bought an 06zx10r as my first bike. i wanted to get something that was fast, but not as fast as the zx14 and kawaski had a card that I'm only paying 15.99% interest, but my insurance is like 320 a month. Anyway, after a few months of ridng I think i'm ready to pull a standie. Now..I've got it to come up a few times like a few inches, but the motor seems to want to rev like hell and I'm scared the thing is gonna loop me, esp cause I'm only a buck 20 soakin wet.

how the hell do I control this thing? maybe i should tighten the damper some more.

It doesnt . The ZX10 R has been redesigned in 06 to move the center of gravity . He has to make it wheelie,. So comon guys cut the guy some slack....Unless he does a roll off but that would scare the crap out of him

If a bike can do a wheelie, then it can do it with any suspension. However, tuning the suspension can be beneficial to a so called "expert" that knows what the hell he (and in a lot of cases i've found, SHE) is doing.

So like i said before, quit being a cunt and get that front tire off the ground. The first one isn't going to be your best but at least its a start.

By the way your not the sharpest knife in the drawer if you thought a 10R was a good choice for a first bike.
