I've peaked at night around 1am @ 1.3MB/s but I average 700 daily. My upstream is what blows, it's only 86KB maxed. Our ISP is EPB, Electric Plant Board. Look it up online, it was the first cable system to be implemented, it's been called a failure because they make little to no profit, but it's a co-op company and profits are put back into the community.
These speeds are achieved from 2500 members on a partial T3 line.
