how to or should i adjust the suspension setting after lowered the back for 3 inches on my 2001 honda CBR F4i.

as the technician said in the bike shop, i also lowered the front fork by 23mm, and now the bike making cornering so sensitive, and also the rear seems too hard over bump and when i shake my butt the bike move which it won't do that before.

can anyone tell me the detail how should i setup my bike after lowered?

Why did you lower your bike so much?

okay, talked to the bf, this is what he suggested. first he wanted to know if it is turning in too quick or if it feeling unstable? but this is what he suggested.

first, try going back up on the front even a little bit (like 5 mm), reduce the rebound and compression damping (which is why it feeling hard), put a smaller rear sprocket on the back to give you some additional room on your wheelbase (if your wheelbase is short, it will turn in a LOT quicker) and add a steering damper so it is feeling quite so twitchy.

also, have you tried to shave the seat?
