How do I remove the shield on HJC C14 helmet? I can do just about anything with a car (maintenance wise), but this things looks too fragile to mess with without special instructions

Mine was a pain in the a*@ but I finally was able to get it off. I though I was going to break it.

it's much easier with clear shields, but I installed the chrome one, so I couldn't see through it...
