Mine is getting dirty and I want to know, just exactly how people go about cleaning leathers.

And, hey we all sweat, so, how do you guys keep it from starting to smell?

Are there "dry cleaners" that clean motorcycle leathers? places that clean them?

Barnacle Bill will clean them, but I usually use a damp cloth and wipe them down. Wear something between you and your leathers (undersuit or coolmax underwear/UnderArmour) to cut down on the sweat transmitted to them. It makes them much more comfortable, too.

Disclaimer: I haven't cleaned racing leathers before.

All leathers should come with cleaning instructions, either inside on a tag or with the garment(s). The manufacturer will know how to clean them best, so I suggest following those instructions.

A leather cleaner and a separate conditioner has worked well for my leather jacket.

Use liquid leather cleaner/conditioner made for saddles (NOT saddle soap). Fabreeze (sp?) for the inside.
