Crap, the new 600RR has dual stage fuel injectors. So happy they kept the undertail exhaust.

CBR500R
MSRP is $5999 (ABS $6499)

600RR doesn't look so great. Glad they went with the under tail exhaust, It's the only thing that is a real plus, and I'm a Honda guy...

I do not like the direction Honda is going with all the cheap looking, black plastic crap.

Not really liking the "fang" look of the 500's fairings. Looks like a design competition where someone ran out of time or materials.

So. Basically new bodywork, wheels and perhaps another two horsepower due to the new ECU and this is supposed to be Honda's response? New colors for the CBR1000RR?

I like the new 600, but I feel that the aesthetics are more of a revision of the 2003-2006 600rr, not the ’07 to ’12 600rr, they lost the multi layered look of the current bike. I’m assuming this was for cost savings, both at time of production and when the bike is inevitably thrown down the road.

I guess I have to see it in person, but I'm not linking the 600RR fairings...

But going back to more traditional fairings means it has less pieces, less tabs to break, etc.

like the look of the 600.

Dunno what the hell they were thinking with the goldwing or the 1000 (whether its new this year or not, it looks tarded)
