New gloves caused my lurching forward. Once the gloves break in, you won't have that problem no more. You think you are squeezing the clutch all the way in. When you actually is not. The new gloves is tight when you ball up you hand and which make you think that you are actually tight on the clutch.

It the gloves.

yea, thats what im thinkin.. I just went on a short ride without the gloves and everything was great :)

Lurching as in lugging? If it happens two or three times for the one shift, it could be because you're shifting at too low an rpm for the next gear. Or it could be that your taking up the driveline slack with enough forward force to wind up the driveline, but not enough forward urge to keep it stretched tight.
