Recently got a Honda F2 (1991).
The front seems really soft. This is my first time owning a bike but I've ridden a few newer bikes in the past. What should I be checking for? How soft should the front be? I can push down on the front and it feels likes its dipping atleast a couple of inches if not more.
Btw- I'm pretty small ( 145lbs ) so I don't think its a weight problem.

Any suggestions?

TIA

Have the fork oil replaced. Otherwise, if it's still too soft, you can try upgrading the springs to some that are stiffer.

The important thing is how it handles through corners especially bumpy ones. I don't know what adjustments your front forks have, but you should check the fork oil level, oil weight, spring rate, etc. to make sure that it's all set up right for your weight. At your weight, you don't want things too stiff.
