I bought the helibars off Danny (Flashback) and have had them for a while, but had to order new heated grips (those have to be cut off unfortunately).. I got a $69.00 pair of Oxford Heaterz with the adjustable temperature and handlebar mountable controller ....

After we had the helis on, I still am looking at the bars thinking, "That's just not a big difference at all... " and wondering if it was worth the effort and money..

They I got on it and rode off into the night.. Wow.... Huge difference in riding position for sure!!

I am really noticing an improvement when I stop at signs/lights and no longer have to lean so far forward (uncomfortably so). I would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants a more upright seating position.

Looks like you have your bikes ride height lowered from stock as well?

Yes.. it was lowered a couple inches with dog bones.. and front forks adjusted as well... Such an awesome bike.. I grow more and more pleased with it as the miles pile on...

no, they are the OF699... I like the grips.. the controller is nicer on the 696, but not $10 more nicer...

Glad you like them. I really did notice what a difference the Heli's made after I took them off and put the stockers back on to sell the ZZR. Enjoy
