Ok so i am on my way home this morning and i see a harley (road king i think) behind me .. BY the second stoplight he was beside me in the right lane .. So i look over to wave or say hello , and he did not even acknowledge that i was even alive , did not even turn his head my way .... :bitchslap Harley riders...gotta love em

I know what you mean, I wave to every other bike I see, no matter what it is, even kids on scooters, unless I'm preoccupied with traffic or controlling my bike. Usually even the Harley riders wave back, but if the other guy doesn't wave or even acknowledge me, 99.9% of the time he's on a Harley.

Come on man, we're all on two wheels, enjoying the fun and freedom it brings, at least recipricate. :beer

some,not all harley riders are BIG F-ING ASSHOLES.Saturday I went for a ride on my Kawa. Vulcan and I was crusing past an on ramp to the hwy. and 3 harleys are getting on the hwy.Well 1 BIG ASSHOLE on a softail speeds up ( instead of just merging in behind me)to about 70mph and runs the merge lane out ,whips his bike in front of me and almost clips my front tire.If I would have had my extra halmet with me I would have knocked him in the head with it.JUST IN CASE HE READS THIS BY ANY CHANCE HE HAS A TATTOO OF A MALTESE CROSS ON HIS LOWER BACK LIKE A BITCH.........excuse any misspelling I am still a bit pissed off and cant really think right now.but for the most part,most everyone waves.except for the assholes

Yesterday I was traveling south on Hwy 41, and all of a sudden there was a truck load of gravel taking up left and right lanes southbound, the turn lane, and the left northbound. What the hell? I squeezed the bike with my legs, puckered up (if you know what I mean) and made it through without going down to kiss the pavement. Not barely making it through, I observed a Harley rider traveling northbound in the left lane and I stuck out my leg to warn him of the debris and the butthead shot me a bird. One of these days............. :bitchslap well, nah, there still on two wheels, and that's all that counts, right.???????

Actually sport bike riders piss me off most. Touring riders like the guys on gold wings and the such are the best.

Sportbike riders can be assholes occasionally, but Harley riders are by far the biggest twats. I think I get more of a non-biased perspective riding around on the supermoto where you don't fit in with anyone, which can be a blessing. Harley riders suck, and they are everywhere. Just another douche bag with a stiff lip wearing Harley head to toe that thinks a bike name makes him/her something other than what they actually are - a regular white collar goon like me.

I'm getting tired of the "Harley riders are dicks" threads. Every week there's at least three seperate threads because somebody didn't get a wave from a Harley rider and now their pussy is bleeding. Take a midol and chill the fuck out.

Go ahead and complain that people stereotype sportbike riders. But quit bitching if you're going to do the same thing to Harley riders when one of them doesn't return a wave. It's not like every single person on a Harley is an asshole.
