I just saw a pic of friend I have who just went back to England about 2 months ago and he has lost tons of weight!! Although I don't think he was fat to begin with. He looks good almost like a different person!!

A bunch of us are asking him what did he do to loose the weight in about 3 months time.

No, not yet. I went to every store in town, and NONE of them had the basic workout on DVD or VHS. All they had were some of the specialty ones...

So I have to order them through the intrawebnet.com somewhere, and money is at a premium right now with a $600 vet bill coming in the next month or so for my idiot dog...

Yes I could do that!! Let me look in one of my boxes for it since I did just recently move and do not have an entertainment center yet!! Then I know I have friends that can dub it with the VCRs.
