Wear the jacket, helmet goes on the lock. If I'm traveling with the wife, we put gloves and pants in her Givi topcase.

What do you guys do with your gear when you leave your bike in a parking lot? I see a few bikes at the local mall and they just set their helmets ontop of their gas tanks and lay their jackets over the seats but I'm to worries about my stuff getting stolen.
