2001 Suzuki SV650 (650 V-twin sportbike)
13xxx miles –will change since I ride it regularly
Racetech springs
Woodcraft rearsets
Braided stainless brake lines
Vortex clip-ons
Billet bar end mirrors
K&N air filter
Two Brothers exhaust – sounds great, very deep, but not too loud
Frame sliders
Michelin Pilot Power tires – rear is almost new, front still has plenty of tread
New sprockets & chain
New battery
The bike is in great shape mechanically. I wouldn’t hesitate to ride it anywhere. I use it for commuting regularly.
Cosmetically, it’s not perfect however. The tank has a couple of small dings/dents. The tank is gray and the tail section and front fender are black. The gauges are zip tied on the triple, but are secure. You could easily create a mount or do what I planned and buy a Trail Tech Vapor gauge (about $200), it’s much smaller and better looking and is all digital. It wouldn’t take much to make this bike look very nice.
This bike would be a great for beginners or even seasoned riders. It has plenty of power and handles excellent. It makes a great all purpose bike – it’s at home in town, on the highway, or on the curvy back roads. It would also make the beginnings of an awesome track bike. These bikes have a very large following in amateur racing.
I can include 2 helmets (size L), clear and tinted shields for both helmets, Yoshimura mesh jacket (M), and Icon gloves (M) if needed.
I'm asking $2800 OBO. I have the title in hand.
