Yes It was bought in California. Im the second owner I bought it with about 4800 miles on it and I have had it for about 2 years.

put it in the cycle trader, runs till it sells for $88 in 3 counties. that's assuming you have the cycle trader where you're at. ebay likes to gank you with buttloads of charges.
