anyone know how much it costs to have done? my right fork seal is leaking and i gotta get it fixed, how much did you guys pay to get it done, including labor and seals? also how long does it take usually? its supposed to be rainy most of this week so id like to get it in their asap.

fork seals are usually in the $20 range, though they may suggest you get new dust seals also. labor around $120-150. shouldnt take more than 2 hours.

The seal comes as a set (seal, dust boot, and lock ring) for $13, HERE
Too bad you dont live close or I would do it for you (parts included) for $100. If you have a mechanical inclination and the tools/experience to work on the bike, it should take you about an hour to do both of them (if you have never done it before), 30-40 minutes otherwise. Make sure you have the Factory Service Manual to reference for torque values.
You should also have the fork oil replaced while replacing the seal assemblies.
