OP's link does not show up in here - I think because it's to the facebook page of the shop. (Hobby Store in Lamnarai, Lop Buri, Thailand) After a quick look, I see that they build Tamiya kits and then customize the models with pieces from other model kits (kit-bashing is the term I've seen used) or make a some custom pieces (presumably on a 3-d printer) in order to produce models like the one pictured.
