It comes with a full Hindle exhaust system, frame sliders, Metzeler tires, and maybe other minor mods that I'm not aware of. I bought this bike used about a month ago and been babying it ever since I got it. Parents found out that I got a bike and now it needs to go. It is in perfect condition and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.
