As far as performance goes...
I know sprockets are manufactured for this bike. Exhausts...I've heard of Sarachu full systems being used VERY often on these bikes. Muzzy and Hindle also make slips ons and full systems.

i got a K&N drop in filter with jetted carbs and a full hindle exhaust i love the sound of my bike. i also got a tinted windscreen. looks awsome! especially on a black bike!
I wish i could find some good hard luggage for my bike!

Don't matter....the bike hasn't been changed in eons. There are no differences in 04 than from 03...or any years back, probably all the way back til the changeover..which was in...I forget, sometime in the mid 90's. Any 00+ parts should fit, and most likely a few years before then too...

Solo tails make bikes look so much better, too bad they don't make a more agressively styled solo tail, although I have seen some racers do some some pretty cool race bodywork on their EX500's
