Kind of a sleeper for all the talent in the film. Kirsten Dunst is of course just wicked hot. Denise Richards too. Kirstie Alley was great, but she's kind of porked out in it. Ellen Barkin seems made for trailer trash mom.

A movie about a local beauty pageant to qualify for a big one- in some backwater hick town in MN. The accents just make the film that much better. Fargo set the standard for making that whole region of the US seem as bad as the south. DDG does it justice.

Another film that is simply dibolocal in it's humor. From the pedophile judge to the hospital scene-"honey, I stuffed your tap shoes in my panties before the explosion, go find the person that cut them off and he'll give them back"

The bit where the pageant film crew meets up with the Cops film crew was funny too. Cops was a recurring theme. Taking the charred tiara off a casket and slapping it on Dunst's head was wrong on so many levels you have to laugh.

You seriously can't go wrong with this movie. It's so wrong it's funny. "You know my parents only had me because Peter needed that kidney."

Rent it. It's funny and of course, the eye candy isn't lacking.

I just watch the same movies over and over. Once I find one I like, I'll see it a few times. Notice most of the movies I reviewed were fairly old. I don't see many new films.
What I need to do is not spend so much time on SBN that reviewing movies is a part time job.
