i ride a cbr 600, and as we all know, the pegs are quite low and the peg feelers are quite long on cbr's. i've never got a knee down yet, nor do i try too hard because i'm not too comfortable pushing it hard on public roads (haven't gotten around to the track yet). but one thing i've been wondering is, even when i hang off completely and stick that knee out, i'm not scratchin' anything but peg feelers. and of course, once those touch the ground, i don't go any farther. my question (for ppl who ride cbr's i guess) is, is it possible to drag a knee with your long-ass peg feelers on? i'm completely hanging off the bike and knee all the way out. hmmm...

Yes, but it takes a awfull lot of skin off.

Seriously though, sure you can. But you can also take those feelers off if you wanted.

I like my peg feelers. Mainly because without them I'll have very little warning before I start dragging plastic.

i'll take my feelers off when i go to the track. by the time they touch down, that means enough lean angle on the streets!
