I'm an Edwards fan. I see him being a serious competitor next year on the Honda. Hayden will really start to shine in the next few years also, I think he's got quite a bit of room to improve. No one can touch Rossi, though.

I've been following Rossi for about he same time you have, but you have to look back at other greats like **** Doohan, Foogy, and the such.. these kids prolly learned from watching them....

Oh, he's very very close to being the best ever. He is the best of the current crop by a wide margin.
Very rarely has a major get off. Always seems to have a deep reserve to draw from in the closing laps.
A track strategy virtuoso, one step ahead mentally, and physically from the rest.
