I found a site, daytona600.org (I'm not trying to plug them or anything) but there seemed to be some pretty good info on there. I found one forum where someone modded the stock front turn signals and turned them into flushmounts. I'll try that one.

My question is this: Is the plastic piece under the headlights called the intake vent or what? It's not part of the front fairing; it's a seperate piece. Mine is broken and I want to replace it, but I can't find them ANYWHERE online or otherwise.

I checked the manual and it isn't showing anything holding the air vent intake into place. If you still have the intake vent you could use either 2 sided 3M tape (double sided) or use the screws like I mentioned. Without going to the dealer for the intake vent you could get the carbon fiber one off of eBay or just keep an eye out until you find one listed or locally that they are parting out.

Reliability is great. I know of sooo many Jap. bike owners, and not saying those are bad bikes cuz they're not, but they seem to have trouble more often than Euro bikes. I don't know if it's more noticeable in the Jap bikes because there are more of them, but I've heard NOTHING but praise from every Euro bike owner I've talked to.
