Anyone tried the Conti Motions yet? I'm wondering how they stack up against the Road Attacks. The marketing BS on the Conti website is pretty vague. I'm going to need tires in the next 1500 to 2000 miles, which is about a month from now. The Motions intrigue me for some reason.

I'm currently running a Conti Road Attack on the rear and a Conti Sport Attack on the front. Love the combination and I'm really like what I have been seeing with the rear tire as far as wear.

Here's what I would do. This company has a banner ad on SBN.

They sell the 120/70/17 Conti Sport Attack for $129.99 and the 180/55/17 Conti Road Attack for $169.99.

And they claim to have a 110% price guarantee.

MotoSport - Why Choose Motosport?

CONTINENTAL Product Search | MotoSport

That's easy no brainier one for me.

https://www.ridedirect.com/showCategory.php?id=42

ridedirect.com sells the 120/70/17 Conti Sport Attack for $109.95 and the 180/55/17 Conti Road Attack for $132.95

$242.90 with free shipping for any order over $200.00

The other company sells the same two tires for $299.98 and charges a $5.00 "tire handling fee" for a total of $304.98 for exact same tires.

Here's the catch use ridedirect.com low prices and free shipping and no tire handling fee against motosport.com and get one hell of deal using there 110% low price GUARANTEE!

If they have to match the other guy at $242.90 plus another 10% that will make the tires $218.61 and tell them your not paying the tire handling fee if they want your business.

That's not a bad idea. There's a lot of good reviews on the road and sport attacks. The Motions aren't really any cheaper so I may as well go with what I know will work well for my needs.

Thanks.

Your welcome! I have been doing this for years. Using two companies against each other to get the best deal.

I also frequently check close outs. I recently purchased a leather Cortech Python jacket that retailed for $320.00 for $99.99!
