Do you guys who wear contacts use them during airplane flights? I have heard the plane air will dry your eyes out like crazy. I need to know since I will flying to Bangkok soon. Thanks.

I've never noticed any problems.
soft contacts here, and i've never had any trouble with them on a plane. then again i've only been on a 3 to 4 hour flight at the longest.

how long of a flight is it, and have you used the 'Bangkok' joke yet?
i flew from U.S to taiwan, then bangkok, then to Singapore, then to indonesia, then back to singapore, thailand, taiwan, U.S. on the same pair of lens no problem.
It's not a problem but if your worried bring some eye drops.
I have not had any problems. The only time they have dried out is when I fall asleep and I have some drops for that.
Just blink, man. Eye drops if it's bad. I've never had a problem on a plane
Sounds good, I will use my contacts then. It should be about a 14 hour flight from Seattle to Taipei and than to Bangkok.

And yes, I will be going to Bangkok to PARTY DOWN.

As long as your not going to Bangkok to Bang Cock, you are ok in my book.
Man I wear my contacts 24/7 for about a month or so at whack... Never have any troubles... But drops are a good idea, and bring a back up...

Visine makes some new drop for conact wearers that are pretty decent...
I use the one day disposable kind. I use to have 2 week ones, where you take it out and clean it but I kept tearing it.
I've never had problems but I do carry lens drops just in case.
