And it wasn't even that cold. But I know what you're saying about the vented jacket thing. I have a Spidi with some plastic vents on the shoulders. Well the vents are stuck open and you can really feel it on the colder rides(but can't feel a damn thing when it's warm).

PS you might want to carry a light windbreaker with you just in case you get caught out again.
yeah.. I used to do that, but the damn windbreaker either flaps like crazy or balloons up and makes it feel like I'm wearing a parachute..

at 65 my jacket becomes too cold.. I wear it at 85 degrees and I sweat a little but it's not unbearable.. I just need something that I can open the vents if it gets a little warm but keep them closed on a chilly morning..
Yeah I rode to work today as well. Half way to work I was thinking to myself why did I take the bike I should of just took the truck. I put my insulation in my jacket and that kept me warm but my legs were freezing. I have to wear a uniform and they are polyester work pants so the wind goes right through them. I thought I was riding bottom less to work.

*sorry for any mental images that I may have caused*
my astar dyno works well... 4 zipper vents that cool sufficiently and keep warm when needed.

I'm bored of the styling on it though. Too blocky.

Yeah same here, I have the same one, I think that I'll be getting rid of it this winter. It works good though, keeps you warm when you need to and if it's to hot out take out the liner or open the vents.
