A local shop near me is doing a group buy on Chatterbox GMRS X1's. Prices are as follows:

5= $225
6-10= $215 Ten are in, need one more for the next price break.
10+= $205

Add $7.50 for shipping. Deadline is April 30th. Contact info is Full Throttle Customs at 610-758-8821 or e-mail them at [email protected] . Ask for Bill. You don't have to pay yet. Just contact him to confirm. He will send out an invoice when he's ready to place the order. Payment can be made through PayPal or by calling the shop and paying with a CC. So far ten people have confirmed they are in.This is a killer deal. This system usually sells for around $280. This is the top of the line Chatterbox system.

I think they may be closed on Sat thru Monday. They're a small shop. Best way to get in is to e-mail him. Even if you call he will have you send an e-mail to confirm.

The group buy didn't end until April 30th. He then has to order the items from the vendor after recieving the orders. After he gets them he has to send them out to each individual. That is how group buys usually work. You can call him to confirm this but I'm pretty sure this is what he will tell you.

It's not the best but it's a good unit for the price. It also doesn't need to be mounted to the bike as it's a helmet mount system. Most other systems will cost $400+.
