Started noticing this last week. I'm getting brake squeal from my front brakes. They "seem" to be in good shape, and the bike has 2892 miles on her right now. This normal, or is it time already to replace the pads?

They "seem" to be in good shape? I would think you should get more miles, but, that depends on how good of pads you have and how hard they are used.

The squeel is probally the "feeler" on the pads letting you know it is time to replace them. You should be able to look between your rotor and caliper and see how much pad is left.

I dont think that the pads are worn down already, take it back to the dealer if you only have 2800 miles on it. That first set of pads should get you between 10K to 15K miles. Do they squeal all the time? Did you clean the rotors with anything? My 636 started squealing at like 1000 miles when I was riding really hard and braking really hard, but they have since stopped. I think mine just overheated.
