finally bought my first house...im moving from baltimore subburbs (600 sq foot apartment) to glen rock PA

its been completly remodled inside, new drywall, electric lines etc
finished attic, off street parking

I would run away fast and NEVER....look back.

Glen Rock - is that on 851? Nice roads up there. Congrats on the move.

Going through that right now :( and I bought the house in april for 127k(was appraised for 133k),,,fucking thing just appraised for 90k

Congrats! It certainly is a nice feeling. I like what DC said though, after a few years of owning my house sometimes I still think about how much fun I had living in a shitty apartment and barely scraping by. Those times were bad, but looking back they were worth it.

Great time to buy though. It's a lot of fun to be able to do whatever the hell you want.

thanks, and to who was asking about the roof and a/c, it had a new a/c system put in in 2002 and the roof has 10-12 years left

now im pulling my hair out trying to fix the stuff in my apartment my dog destroyed so i dont get charged
