My girl and I rented these three flicks this weekend. If anyone's seen them, lemme know what you think. If not, check 'em out, not half bad IMHO.

Taking Lives, with Ethan Hawke and Angelina Jolie. Not half bad, but a pretty thin plot. Some truly f*cked up scenes in it, especially the end scene. Makes me kinda apprehensive around scissors...ikkkk..

Along Came Polly. Pretty damn funny, I think. The boardroom scene with Philip Seymoure Hoffman is hysterical.

Wonderland, starring Val Kilmer, Lisa Kudrow, and Kate Bosworth. Damned good flick, if a little Oliver Stone-y. The direction is just great in this flick and ya really feel as if you're hooked on coke watching it. Val Kilmer, as usual, is stellar in this movie and the rest of the cast is phenomenal. It's about four murders that happened in July of '81 on Wonderland Avenue in L.A. and the two sets of stories both tie John Holmes (yes, that John Holmes) as one of the bad guys. Fascinating tale of Holmes' life beyond porno.

Anyways, just thought I'd post some thoughts on these flicks and see what y'all thought. Post up!!
